Terry Mitchell is a Customer Service Representative on the Packaging and Flexo Team at Graphic Printing Services, Inc. When he joined the company in May of 2003, Terry brought with him twenty-nine years of industry experience. He combines his extensive knowledge of the printing process with a keen awareness of customer needs to ensure our customers get exactly what they want when they want it.
Mitchell’s passion for the printing business developed early as he began working in the family business while attending high school. Working nights in the family print shop, he learned not only how to be a master printer, but as a pressroom supervisor, he also learned how to bring out the most in people through positive leadership. Terry eventually bought the family business, and through the experience of working with major accounts like East Carolina University Sports, Procter & Gamble, Empire Brush and Grady White Boats, he learned the value of meeting quality and time issues.
Mitchell continued his education in the print industry when DuPont recruited him for specialized training in the field of color proofing. While working for this company in Atlanta, he helped develop a niche market for DuPont’s Cromalin proofing system in the signage industry. Terry has had the opportunity to share his knowledge of printing production in the capacity of graphic arts instructor at East Carolina University.
Throughout the many years he has served print buyers, Terry has left nothing but pleased customers in his path.
