Kevin Rich is a Customer Service Representative on the Graphic Printing Services, Inc. Packaging and Flexo team. He lends his more than thirty years of printing industry experience to the company’s pursuit of service excellence. His experience in the industry is broad and deep.
Kevin’s past job responsibilities range from managing a plant and customer service to serving on the Board of Directors of a printing company and managing world-wide pricing, planning and estimating for a Fortune 500 company. This vast exposure to all facets of the business has given him the ability to meet the many and varied needs of our valued customers.
Kevin is passionate about providing quality products and service to his customers. He states, “Accuracy and an honest approach to business are the answers to customer satisfaction that will build a longlasting partnership.”
Rich, a graduate of RIT, began his printing career by learning the trade in high school. He financed his education working as a pressman, prepress and bindery operator. Kevin’s combined formal and on the job practical education in the printing industry has uniquely prepared him to deliver service excellence to our customers.
