Greg Carter is the Shipping and Fulfillment Services Department Head at Graphic Printing Services, Inc. He and his department are responsible for customer satisfaction in the form of delivering the final printed product. Because of the magnitude of Greg’s position, he has committed himself to consistency and excellence while providing first class service. The ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers has helped him consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction. A standout athlete, Greg has taken the same approach with his professional career, a dedication to deliver when called upon. Training and true teamwork within the organization exemplify his desire to satisfy. Combined with an unquenchable thirst for developing and implementing procedures, Greg gives the company the ability to deliver world-class service to its customers. This passion for excellence, along with his six plus years in the printing industry, has propelled him to his leadership role. Carter was a member of Greensboro College’s inaugural baseball team while studying Physical Education. Active in the Greensboro Merchant’s Association training program, he and his team members regularly participate in leadership and fulfillment seminars.
