Gary Ellas is a Customer Service Representative at Graphic Printing Services, Inc. His involvement in the Graphic Arts industry began with a BFA from East Carolina University over 12 years ago. As a graduate of ECU's Fine Arts program, Gary has continued to further his education including completion of Dale Carnegie's Human Relations course. Additionally, he has attended courses at Cisco's Corporate Headquarters in the Research Triangle Park , and is certified as a CSE 2 (Cisco Sales Expert). His technical skills cover a broad range as they include proficiencies in many desktop publishing applications, extensive knowledge of computer networking, and website design. In addition to his Fine Arts and Graphic Design experience, he has over 5 years' experience in the printing industry. This combination of experience has resulted in an unassuming but thorough style that has created and solidified positive relationships with clients throughout the Triad.
One of Gary's biggest strengths is his ability to embrace the new technologies that are available. His attentiveness to his customers' needs and his understanding of the available technologies allow him to deliver superior service, affording his customers the peace of mind that comes with a project well-handled.
Gary had worked with Graphic Printing Services in the past as a print buyer, and through this experience was impressed with the top notch service he received. He is pleased to be able to become part of the Client Services team at Graphic Printing Services, Inc.
