Del Gates is a Customer Service Representative and an Estimator at Graphic Printing Services, Inc. His experience in the Commercial Printing Industry is broad and extensive. Before assuming responsibility for these roles, he gained intimate knowledge of the production process by working in the pressroom, finishing, and mail departments.
The ‘hands on’ phase of Del’s career has uniquely positioned him to ensure our customers receive the highest level of quality service available. As a Customer Service Representative, he has been directly involved with projects for Belk, Porsche NA, Sara Lee, Time Warner Cable, and United Retail. In his Estimator role, Del has the ability to visualize the best possible production options in order to plan jobs for the most cost effective and highest quality standards of manufacturing. The result is that our customers receive unparalleled value.
