Brian is a Customer Service Representative at Graphic Printing Services, Inc. He began his career with the company in the Prepress Department more than eleven years ago. Here he gained extensive knowledge of every aspect of preparing a print job for press production. Brian’s initial experience was in conventional film stripping and platemaking. On top of this fundamental background, he learned digital prepress skills as the company continued to implement leading edge technology.
This experience has helped Brian to develop an ability to pay attention to detail while at the same time focusing on expediting jobs through production to meet deadlines. He is energized by the challenge of doing whatever it takes to meet customer needs.
Brian joined Graphic Printing Services, Inc. as it was emerging from its start-up phase and has developed a passionate loyalty for the company and its customers. He was responsible for recruiting several of the company’s valued employees. He truly enjoys his assignment and thrives on pleasing his customers, assuring them that their projects will be exactly what they envisioned.
Brian is a solid team player who works with his Account Executive, combining knowledge and creativity to satisfy customer needs and to provide exceptional customer service.
